Down there, in the bank vault, there is untold treasure. Everything from the well-planned heist to the smooth execution is in your hands. There are small details, however, that you will only find out on the day of the heist.

What is the theme/plot of the room?

You and your team are a band of professional thieves hired to crack the vault of one of the most heavily guarded banks in Sofia. Gather clues, unlock safes and bypass security systems to escape with the loot before time runs out.

What is the difficulty level?

Medium to high (2.5–3 stars out of 5). Suitable for players with some experience and for teams seeking a challenge.

How long is the game (duration)?

60 minutes of actual room time plus 10–15 minutes for briefing and post‑game feedback.

What is the recommended age for participation?

The room is suitable for children from 7 years old up to adults of 99 :) For birthday parties with children under 14, our animator accompanies the game for safety reasons.

For how many people is the room suitable (minimum/maximum participants)?

Minimum 2, maximum 8 people for adult games and 10 for children’s birthday parties.

Can I book a private session just for my group?

Yes — all games are private by default. Players in one booking play only amongst themselves.

How do I make a reservation and how far in advance should I do it?

Reservations are made online through our website or by phone. We recommend booking earlier to ensure availability. For a quick booking or inquiry, call +359 877 702 077.

Are there discounts for larger groups or for pupils/students?

Pupils and students receive a discount with a valid ISIC card. If you wish to book the room for 30+ players, call +359 877 702 077 for special terms.

What is the ticket price and does it include everything (e.g., photo, drink)?

The price depends on the number of players: 60 BGN per person for two, 47 BGN pp for three, 40 BGN pp for four, 36 BGN pp for five, 34 BGN pp for six, 32 BGN pp for seven and 30 BGN pp for eight.

What are the payment methods (cash, card, online)?

You can pay on‑site in cash or by bank/debit card, and online in advance via card payment through the website.

Is there a no‑show or cancellation fee?

The escape‑room deposit is 40 BGN. If you cancel within 72 hours of the game, the deposit is retained. If you cancel earlier, the amount is refunded to your account.

What happens if we get stuck and can't solve a puzzle?

If needed, you can request a hint from the Game Master via the cameras in the room. The game is supervised and you are under constant video surveillance.

How many hints do we get and how do we request them?

If you are in a tournament, strict rules apply to the number of hints. If you are playing for fun, we provide as many hints as you need for a great experience.

Is there a timer displayed inside the room?

There is no timer in the room because we want you to be fully immersed in the story line. We won’t spoil it, but you will have a way to know how much time you have left.

Are there any dangerous elements or tight spaces?

There are no dangerous elements or tight spaces. The room is suitable even for people uneasy in confined spaces.

Is the game suitable for people with disabilities?

The room is not adapted for people with mobility impairments because some areas are harder to pass. Call +359 877 702 077 for details.

Are anti‑epidemic and hygiene measures observed?

Yes, all hygiene and disinfection rules are followed.

Do you provide photos/videos from the game?

Every team that plays receives a team photo. Children celebrating a birthday with us get their own mini‑site with all event photos.

Is there a lounge or café area after the game?

The venue has a party hall and entertainment zone that can be rented additionally if you wish to celebrate with colleagues and friends or simply extend your fun time.
